Shawn Craver is an Appalachian composer, writer, and multi-instrumentalist. Raised in the Potomac and Allegheny Highlands of West Virginia and Maryland, and shaped by years traveling the American West, he blends traditional music, original songwriting, and literary storytelling into a distinguished artistic voice.

Craver has performed nationwide, including at the North Texas Irish Festival and Kansas State Fiddling Championships, sharing stages with artists such as Altan, Chris Thile, and Tim O'Brien.

His recordings include Fiddle & Song Vol. 1, Devil's Nine Questions, and Over the Blue Ridge. Most recently, he appeared on a literary panel with New York Times bestselling author Maria Dahvana Headley.
